I was rear ended by a huge truck and trailer. My son was in the vehicle and my car is a total loss. All my summer activities an plans are ruined. I have gone to the E. R., the doctor, the hospital for x rays, back for a follow up and still have another appointment concerning this accident.
I have had headaches and sometime migraines almost every day since the accident. My x ray don't show any BAD things..Thank God.. but now I don't know how to make Progressive take me serious that I'm hurt. My gas, travel, time, childcare and everything else is just to much to settle for an unfair amount of $750 dollars. I feel like I'm paying them to hit me. I asked for 7 thousand and they refused. I have got one call from them reminding me of how they are trying to rip me off and that's it. I will NEVER EVER settle for less than 7 thousand. The stress of all this is worth that. Then add everything else on top of that..uhhhhhhh! I'm gonna go crazy. I want all this over with but I refuse to be taken advantage of. Not this life time people. Progressive definitely has a fight on their hands. I come from a very wealthy family. They all made it on their own and trust me..no hand outs. But what I mean from that is..only smart (or lucky) people make it big financially. Long story short--they made wise decisions and they will help me through all of this. I will win!

I am really surprised and shocked to hear your experience with Progressive. I do have heard that it is one of the top leading insurance providers and people do buy policy from them without any trouble. I am too also planning to buy a policy from them but your experience made me to think again about my decision. Thanks for sharing your experience.
